Individual Counseling Sessions
Who May Participate?
- Adults who wish to resolve a career-related decision such as career choice or change,
continuing education, reentry into the job market,displacement, or retirement planning br>
- College Students seeking help with selecting a major or establishing career goals
- High School Juniors or Seniors seeking help with career or educational planning
What Services Are Provided?
- Five (5) 50-minute individual career counseling sessions provided by advanced
graduate
students under the supervision of a university instructor. Counseling
sessions include
assessment of personality characteristics, interests, work
values, skills, and exploration
of options compatible with personal preferences
and characteristics.
When are the Sessions Held?
- The sessions will be held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 P.M.
They begin on March 27th and end April 26, 2007.
Where are the Sessions Held?
- The sessions will be held at the George Mason University Fairfax campus in Robinson Hall, Room A353
Registration Fee
- The $45.00 registration fee is non-refundable
Parking
- Parking is available only in the GMU Parking Deck for $1.50 per hour. As you enter the campus, there will
be signs to direct you to the Parking Deck. Visit the Parking Services website for driving directions and
